From yesterday’s news, marijuana law was overruled and it was okay to use in some states as medical marijuana.
Bull…you and your friend have no clue how the legal system in this country works do you? You know nothing about how a law is created or anything.
The President does not have the power to create laws, legalize or make something illegal. That is the job of our Congress. States and cities can also make laws as they please as well. The President does not.
Apparently this was a misunderstanding that somehow spread.
A president cannot pass laws nor eliminate laws. I guess our public schools no longer teach Civics courses.
